1967 Gretsch Chet Atkins Tennessean

$2,128.00

Here we have a 1967 Gretsch Chet Atkins Tennessean model in a vintage Gretsch hardshell case. Overall this guitar is in great shape for its age. Electronics work as they should with the exception of the 3-way kill switch near the lower bout. When using the kill switch from the forward position to the middle position it works as it should, but moving the toggle from the rear position to middle is intermittent at best, with most of the time it not working at all. Upper binding at the first fret has cracked and lifted up slightly, but otherwise in good shape. Frets still have life left in them, the action is dialed in low, and it plays really well!

Vintage Gretsch hardshell is in great shape, but it does have a musty smell to it, and will need to be cleaned and aired out in the sun.
