When you consign with us, you get access to our dedicated sales team, leading authentication professionals, and world-class repair shop.

    Each instrument is authenticated, setup, given professional photography, specs, and descriptions, and featured on our website and our Reverb shop.

  • Our shop has pre-dermined shipping amounts based on our experience moving gear. If you have any questions or would like a more accurate shipping quote to your address, feel free to reach out to us.

  • Cancellation of a transaction is not permitted once the product has been shipped by 35 South Vintage.

    If a Buyer receives an item that is damaged, not as described in the listing, or if they are sent the wrong item, the Buyer must report the problem to 35 South within 48 hours of receipt of the item, or within such a longer time as required under applicable law.

    Buyer may use “Contact Us” form. The Buyer must NOT rate the Seller if there is an issue.

    Only items purchased from the 35 South Vintage online store are eligible for a return.

    Buyers have 48 hours to return an item beginning at the time Buyer receives an instrument. Buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping (including the initial fees paid to ship the instrument to Buyer)

    Buyer will absorb credit card, and processing fees (which will also include a 3.5% restocking fee) for returns.

    Buyer must ship the instrument to 35 South Vintage to process a proper refund. Upon receiving the returned instrument from Buyer, 35 South Vintage will inspect the instrument to verify the condition of the instrument. If the instrument is returned to The 35 South Vintage in a condition worse than the instrument was shipped to Buyer, 35 South Vintage may assess and deduct the amount of additional fees from the refund amount to Buyer.

    Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or shop credit.

    If we have altered, modified or customized any item which you have purchased to your specification, or we have sourced or ordered something at your request then unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange or credit note unless the goods are deemed faulty .

    If you have damaged, modified or devalued the your purchase then 35 South Vintage reserves the right to refuse the exchange of goods or issuing of shop credit.

    All exchanges and shop credits are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are ultimately issued at the discretion of 35 South Vintage.
